Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

Work closely with clients to develop architectural designs for industrial buildings like factories, warehouses, and production plants.

Translate requirements into functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Technical Drawing & CAD Modelling

• Use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools to create detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Provide detailed specifications for construction materials, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with structural and mechanical engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Coordinate between architectural teams and other departments to integrate the design with project schedules and budgets.

Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Integrate sustainable design practices, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.

Construction Support

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure accurate implementation of the design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  B.Arch / M.Arch.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with large-scale industrial projects.

• Software Proficiency:

  Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM-related tools (e.g., Navisworks).

• Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.

• Skills:

  Proven problem-solving abilities and experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
