The role involves managing greenfield and brownfield beverage plant projects from concept to commissioning across multiple Indian states. Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end execution of beverage plant projects – civil works, utilities, bottling, and packaging line setup. Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Ensure timely project delivery within approved budgets and quality standards. Drive capital efficiency , vendor management, and risk mitigation. Ensure FSSAI, food safety, EHS , and quality compliance in all project stages. Handle contractor supervision, site coordination, and internal reporting. Candidate Profile : Education : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering disciplines. Experience : Minimum 10 years in project management roles in beverage/FMCG/food processing industries. Exposure to plant setup, utility systems, process equipment , and automation . Strong leadership, vendor coordination, and site execution capabilities. Willingness to work on-site across various project locations in India.
