Overview

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Architect in Mumbai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the designprocess, from concept development to construction administration, implementation of architectural projects, managing client relationships, collaborating with internal and external team.

Role Description:

Proven experience as an Architect with a focus on commercial, corporate, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality,institutional building projects.

Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.

Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Strong knowledge of architectural design software and technologies.

Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Abilityto communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecturefrom an accredited institution.

Professional certification or licensure as an Architect.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, with 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills,presentation, and interpersonal skillsand a pleasantdemeanourare a must.

The role requires a willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for project meetings, site visits, and execution.
