Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand requirements for Residential and Commercial projects
Prepare conceptual and scale drawings using
AutoCAD
Develop detailed
designs, sketches, quantity estimates, and final working drawings
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, 3D consultants, and general contractors
Generate and review
construction drawings
, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Prepare
municipal and environmental clearance drawings
Conduct
site visits
and ensure smooth execution and coordination with consultants, sales teams, and site engineers
Prepare
client presentations
and ensure timely delivery of documentation
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software
, and
MS Office

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Master’s Degree
in Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years
of work experience in architecture (3+ years preferred)
Experience in handling both Residential and Commercial projects
