Well-Versed in Autocad & Knowledge of Standard Softwares, Able to read, understand Drawings & explain construction methods.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Execution

Effectively handle the project at hand
Comprehend the exact requirements of the project
Coordinate with the Project Head in working out project schedules
Ensure strict adherence to timelines, quality standards and legal compliances
Effectively manage day to day operations at the site
Maintain and evaluate material requirements
Ensure accurate documentation of all the costs and expenses incurred
Be proactive in ensuring cost reduction in every process
Strictly adhere to the safety measures at site
Be updated about the latest client requirements
Coordinate with the clients for certifications, billing, other money matters, decisions etc
Supplementing adequate and timely MIS reports & documentation to the Project Head
