Senior Architect (Head Architect)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural team from concept to completion across multiple real estate projects.
• Develop innovative design concepts, master plans, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure all designs align with regulatory norms, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Oversee site evaluations, design reviews, and approvals at various project stages.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and senior leadership to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and create a strong design culture within the organization.
• Drive adoption of latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainable practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

• 8–10 years

  of experience in architecture, preferably in residential and commercial real estate.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
