Leads architectural design projects from concept to completion, manages project teams, ensures compliance with regulations, Understanding of Architectural design principles, space planning, building rules and regulations as per MIDC/PMRDA Ability to create detailed drawings and presentation. Preferred candidate profile Industrial Real Estate Knowledge Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements Technical Proficiency in drafting, plotting and designing.
