Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The role involves leading architectural design projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination with construction teams. The Senior Architect will be a key part of the process—from conceptual design to execution ensuring both functionality and aesthetics in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to delivery.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth execution.
• Ensure designs are aligned with budget, timelines, and construction feasibility.
• Guide and mentor junior architects, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Review and approve design files before submission to site teams.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure on-site execution matches design intent.
• Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of structural, aesthetic, and functional design.
• Support in vendor/material selection to align with specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience (residential / luxury villa projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop.
• Strong skills in team management, project coordination, and client communication.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on high-quality design outcomes.
• Willingness to relocate or work full-time in Coimbatore.
