Experience working with design heads, senior designers, and project managers for studio deliverables. Proven experience in client-facing role- handling pitches, presentations, and relationship management. Expertise in detailing, tender, and construction drawings , with oversight on quality delivery. 4+ years minimum experience in corporate/workplace projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office . Strong communication (spoken and written English), organizational, and deadline-management skills. Understanding of interior design and architectural execution across all phases. Responsibilities : Act as the client-facing lead on projects. Lead design development , mentoring junior/senior designers. Produce and oversee tender and construction drawing sets . Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and contractual milestones . Interpret program requirements and deliver within tight deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile : Qualification: B.Arch (Architecture) or Diploma (Architecture/Interior Design). Experience: 4 9+ years in Corporate Interiors. Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize, design, develop, and present creative proposals to high-profile clients. Prepare and ensure accuracy of detailed construction drawings and documentation . Manage the flow of design development activities , including consultant and vendor coordination. Lead projects with accountability to achieve quality benchmarks and timeline objectives . Experience & Expertise : 4 to 9+ years of professional experience in architecture. Strong design and detailing skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end project responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools . Ability to coordinate, guide, and communicate effectively within teams and with stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile : B. Arch (Architecture) or M. Arch (Architecture) from a recognized institution. A creative designer with proven ability to think innovatively. Motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented professional.
