About the Role : Sudhakar Pai Associates (SPA) is seeking a talented Senior/Lead Interior Designer to join our design studio. The ideal candidate will be creative, motivated, and responsible, with the ability to lead high-profile corporate interior projects from concept through execution. Key Requirements : Creative, responsive, self-motivated , with a passion for workplace design. Strong skills in conceptualizing, planning, and creating unique workspaces . Experience working with design heads, senior designers, and project managers for studio deliverables. Proven experience in client-facing role- handling pitches, presentations, and relationship management. Expertise in detailing, tender, and construction drawings , with oversight on quality delivery. 4+ years minimum experience in corporate/workplace projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office . Strong communication (spoken and written English), organizational, and deadline-management skills. Understanding of interior design and architectural execution across all phases. Responsibilities : Act as the client-facing lead on projects. Lead design development , mentoring junior/senior designers. Produce and oversee tender and construction drawing sets . Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and contractual milestones . Interpret program requirements and deliver within tight deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile : Qualification: B.Arch (Architecture) or Diploma (Architecture/Interior Design). Experience: 4 9+ years in Corporate Interiors. Expertise: Corporate Interior Design, Concept Design, Client Management. Creative, software proficient, and a strong team leader
