Senior Architect and interior designer

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design vision and technical execution across multiple interior projects. You’ll work directly with the Founder to deliver high-quality spaces while mentoring a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead concept development, space planning & design presentations.

• Review & guide junior architects on drawings, 3Ds, BOQs.

• Ensure designs align with budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Execution & Coordination

• Collaborate with Project Manager, MEP consultants, and vendors.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution quality.

• Resolve technical challenges on site.

Client Engagement

• Represent the design team in client meetings.

• Present designs, manage feedback, and build trust.

Team Development

• Mentor junior architects & interns.

• Delegate work, review outputs, and ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio in luxury interiors (residential/commercial).

• Software proficiency: ACAD, SktchUp/Lumion, V-Ray/D5, Photoshop.

• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
