Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in application support with expertise in either .NET or PHP.


Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer with strong experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications built on .NET (.NET Framework) or PHP, along with SQL databases. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with the WAMP stack, managing Windows servers, and maintaining SDLC documentation, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for applications built on 

    .NET

     or 

    PHP

    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
  • Work with 

    WAMP stack

     (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching.
  • Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the 

    Software Development Life Cycle

    .
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application availability and reliability.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 

    5 years’ experience

     in application support with 

    .NET

     or 

    PHP

    .
  • Strong knowledge of 

    SQL

     and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with 

    WAMP stack

     and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to both 

    .NET

     and 

    PHP

     environments.
  • Experience in performance monitoring tools and automated deployment processes.
