Job Description

Provide technical support for a bunch of applications used within a particular Line of Business
Use technology to improve business performance identify the root cause of the any production outage/major issue and take actions to prevent them Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases and updates. Ensure knowledge base articles and support procedures are up to date. Mentor new team members on the team. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and operational efficiency.
