Android Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Android Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You’ll work on end-to-end Android features from UI to API using the latest tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality, performant apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Implement MVVM / Clean Architecture patterns for scalable, testable code
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage offline-first data flows
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to craft polished user experiences
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and network efficiency
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes
• Stay current with the latest Android trends and libraries

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Android development experience
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Coroutines, and Android Jetpack components
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design
• Experience with tools such as Retrofit, Room, Coil/Glide, Hilt/Koin
• Good command of Git and modern development workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven or multimedia apps
• Familiarity with Compose animations and custom views
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar)
