What You'll Do

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in native Android development using Kotlin, and a strong understanding of modern architecture patterns and best practices. You will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across distributed teams. What You Will Work On

• Take ownership of the end-to-end development of native Android applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements.
• Design and deliver high-quality features with a focus on performance and usability.
• Provide technical leadership and direction across projects and development teams.
• Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and code quality.
• Support and maintain production stability, including identifying and resolving issues.
• Continuously drive innovation and implement best practices in Android development.
• Work hands-on with Kotlin to build and enhance mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to bring new features to life.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Optimize app performance for responsiveness, efficiency, and smooth user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest Android technologies, tools, and trends.

The skills and qualifications you'll need-

• Minimum

  5+ years of hands-on experience

  in native Android application development with strong expertise in

  Kotlin

  . Skilled in applying architecture and design patterns such as

  MVVM

  /

  Clean Architecture

  , with the ability to integrate third-party libraries using

  Gradle

• Experienced in writing

  unit and UI tests
