Role Overview: As a Senior Android Developer at Advantal Technologies, you will be a key player in the development and maintenance of Android applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features while ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. You will also work with SIP/VoIP technologies to integrate real-time communication features and mentor junior developers within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. - Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. - Integrate real-time communication features using SIP/VoIP protocols and libraries. - Ensure security and performance of on-premises applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, implementing solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and trends. - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Android development. - Strong understanding of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin. - Experience with SIP/VoIP technologies like PJSIP, Linphone, WebRTC. - Experience in on-premises application development with server-side technologies and databases. - Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON. - Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel to client sites if required.,
