We are looking for aSenior Android Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to join our Digital Platforms team.

You will play a key role in developing, optimizing and maintaining Android applications that deliver seamless shopping experiences for millions of Landmark customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintainhigh-quality Android applications usingReact Native and Native platforms.Lead feature development and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.Architect solutions using modern design patterns such asMVP andMVVM .Debug and optimize applications usingAndroid Studio ,DDMS and other profiling tools.Integrate third-party SDKs includingFirebase ,GA4 ,Sentry ,Posthog andNew Relic .Managenetwork communication usingRetrofit and implementdependency injection frameworks likeDagger andHilt .Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) inAgile\/Scrum delivery cycles.Drive code quality and maintainability throughunit testing ,peer reviews andbest practices .Stay updated withlatest Android SDKs , tools and Google Play guidelines.Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to team capability building.Technical Skills & CompetenciesAndroid Development Expertise:Deep understanding of theNative development lifecycle ,Material Design andNative Components .Strong proficiency inObject-Oriented Programming (OOP) and architectural patterns (MVP ,MVVM ).Experience inSDK integration ,performance monitoring andanalytics tools .Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Knowledge ofWeb Services ,REST APIs andJSON parsing .Hands-on experience withAgile delivery methodologies and CI\/CD practices.Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and collaboration skills.React Native:Experience withTypeScript ,React JS andJavaScript (ES6+) .Hands-on knowledge ofReact Navigation ,Redux and cross-platform app development.Familiarity withnative build tools such asXcode ,Android Studio ,IntelliJ andGradle .Understanding ofREST APIs ,offline storage and third-party library integrations.QualificationsBacheloror Masterdegree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in App development,hands-on experience in Native (Android\/IOS) and React NativeStrong experience inpublishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate across teams.
