Job Description

About The Role
You will be part of the global Marketing & Creative Services team (MACS) and will be responsible for working with marketing teams (onshore & offshore) to

Build enterprise data and analytics solutions generating meaningful KPI dashboards for Capgemini Group

Drive BI and Data Analytics solutions for measuring strategies aligned to marketing and business objectives.

Understand the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in marketing/campaign briefing, solution architecture building and design activities.

Manage the implementation of tracking tags using Google Tag Manager to measure web & marketing campaign performance

Develop integrated corporate visualization solutions derived from multiple data sources using state-of-the-art tools to enable insight and decision-making at various levels

Develop data models, including performance measures, to enable scorecard analysis

Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner

Learn and establish data visualization standards and explore new, cutting-edge tools to periodically raise those standards

Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through proactive awareness, alerts, testing and processes

Perform exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing to arrive at patterns Qualification
Communication

Working closely with the platforms team, digital & marketing teams.

Collaborate with wider business stakeholders from Group

Good presentation skills for reports and dashboards

Education Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's/Equivalent degree from a reputed institute in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar quantitative discipline
