Job Description

What this job involves:

  • Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes

  • Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions

  • Managing Employee On boarding & Exit formalities

  • Provide query resolution for Employee Self Service/Manager Self Service requests

  • Manage Letter creation activities related to Promotion, Transfer, Termination, Employee Type changes etc.

  • Managing semi-functional issues in Workday

  • Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool effectively.

  • Assist SME/Sr. SME/Team Lead with building and maintenance of a Knowledgebase for Case Management.

  • Active participation on any new transitions and documents creation.

  • Managing semi-functional issues in Workday and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams.

  • Update/Review SOPs and Process Maps on a regular basis based on new inputs/changes/updates in any of the existing processes

  • Quality Check on the Key/Critical transactions processed by team as defined in the Quality framework.

  • Ability to identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Adhere to agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards

  • Ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements to enhance the end user and HR partner experience

  • Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures

  • Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees, needed to resolve the query/issue

Key Skills

Demonstrating good understanding of core HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies

Good written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable

Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage

Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management

3-4 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred

Comfortable to work in Global/UK shift timing.
