Senior Analyst (Supply Analytics, Bangkok-based, Relocation provided)

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst at Agoda based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will be part of the Supply Analytics team responsible for identifying new partners, cultivating relationships, and collaborating with them to deliver optimal outcomes for customers. You will work closely with partners, other teams within Agoda, and be empowered to drive growth initiatives and projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Translate internal briefs into analytical projects by refining the initial brief, asking the right questions, and storyboarding the output - Utilize and analyze data from large-scale data warehouses to present statistically strong analysis to various business stakeholders - Proactively identify growth opportunities within the supply and broader business - Drive new analytical initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and shaping Agoda's supply - Lead projects to scale up the way the Supply organization leverages data, insights, and intelligence - Automate manual operational processes and report on time savings achieved through modernizing business operations Qualifications Required: - 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with expertise in analytics, data science, insights, strategy, or BI - Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau - Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Python (or R) and statistical modeling techniques - Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative subject - Experience in A/B testing experimentation and providing business recommendations - Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership - Ability to build simple and effective solutions within resource and time constraints - Strong communication skills and data-driven decision-making approach - Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adept at multitasking - Additional qualifications such as an MBA, Masters in a quantitative subject, program management certifications, Asian market experience, and a background in travel industry, e-commerce, tech, or consulting would be advantageous About Agoda: Agoda is an online travel booking platform offering accommodations, flights, and more.
