Job Description

Senior Associate Client Referential Specialist (Client Onboarding, Static Data, Custody Ops, Excel/VBA) Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end account opening, modification, and closure. Maintain and update client static data (SWIFT, FX instructions, reporting systems). Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system or feed issues. Respond to client/internal queries within defined SLAs. Support MIS reporting, SOP documentation, and team training. Required Skills: Client Onboarding, Static Data Management, Custody Operations, MS Excel, VBA, SWIFT, FX Setup, MIS Reporting, Investment Banking Ops Experience: Minimum 3 years in Investment Banking or Capital Markets Operations Education: Masters Degree (Finance/Banking preferred) Certifications in Capital Markets or Excel/VBA are a plus Interested candidates please mail on meghana.narasimhan@kiya.ai or call 9082501996
