Job Description

Senior Analyst Quality (R2R Reconciliations) - 2+ Years - Pune

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst specializing in Quality Assurance for Record-to-Report (R2R) Reconciliations. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence in accounting processes and ensure seamless reconciliations adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute R2R reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
Perform quality checks and provide insights to improve the efficiency and reliability of reconciliations.
Analyse complex reconciliation issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and review journal entries, monthly closing adjustments, and financial reporting deliverables.
Continuously enhance the standard operating procedures for R2R reconciliations.
Generate and review MIS reports along with providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA will be an advantage).
2+ years of experience in accounting, R2R processes, and reconciliations in a shared services/BPO/Corporate domain.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and accounting software tools.
Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and financial compliance standards.
