Senior Analyst - People Systems (Reporting/Integration)

As an experienced Workday HCM Specialist at Okta, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining advanced Workday reports and dashboards. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing existing reports and integrations to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards. You will be responsible for performing data analysis and validation to uphold the accuracy and integrity of Workday data. Collaborating with stakeholders from HR, Finance, and other departments, you will gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Additionally, you will proactively partner with business stakeholders to develop a reporting and integrations roadmap. With your 7+ years of Workday HCM experience, you will demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM tools, reporting features, and advanced reporting techniques such as Composite and Matrix reporting. Your hands-on experience in developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday will be crucial in enhancing existing integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities will enable you to propose multiple solutions for business requirements within Workday. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams will be key in your role. As a self-starter, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features. If you have experience in Workday Expenses, Workday Studio, or Adaptive Planning in Workday, it would be considered a plus.
