In this role as an OIC Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS). Collaborating with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality integrations for Oracle applications will be a key aspect of your role. You will have hands-on experience in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations, utilizing SOAP/REST Web Services and FBDI methods. Expertise in XSLT transformations and integration components will be essential. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and collaborate with Offshore/client teams on engagements focused on Oracle Cloud applications. Understanding customer business processes/Functional Specification and preparing technical designs will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide technical support for Oracle Cloud integrations, data conversion, and reports. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of the practice, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to other team members. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and capturing user feedback through various methods such as testing, surveys, and voice of the customer initiatives for our Workday system. You will play a key role in configuring, designing, and implementing system requests to meet the diverse business requirements. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the Digital HR product roadmap by establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into system and reporting requirements. Your role will involve recommending system features and solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs to ensure alignment among stakeholders. You will champion an employee-centric approach to enhance user experience by collaborating with technology, service delivery teams, global experience owners, and corporate partners. Furthermore, you will lead and collaborate with other resources to communicate product and feature releases effectively, contributing to the creation and dissemination of messages through various communication channels. Working closely with the internal IT organization, you will ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical designs, configurations, and documentation. Your expertise in HR technology will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and researching solutions through technology communities and case managers. It will be essential to keep documentation and request tracking systems up to date and maintain synchronization between functional and technical specifications in collaboration with IT. In terms of qualifications, you should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have experience with various HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and Celergo, along with proficiency in HCM, Reporting, and Integrations. Your ability to work independently, manage projects effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication skills will be key assets in this role. Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance is also highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of inbound and outbound EIBs using XSLT transformations and Cloud Connect integrations, as well as experience in data analysis, integrations, and data quality concepts. Demo and prototype leading solutions to stakeholders including new customers. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and existing engagements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective integration and utilization of Workday modules. Leverage business and technical acumen in combination with a deep understanding of processes to execute a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and drive strategies to align processes, people, technology and underlying governance. Execute convergence of initiatives towards long term strategic objectives by partnering with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for the defined business architecture Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients business environment to achieve client expected business result Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.
