Senior Analyst Legal & Compliance (Ops)

Role Overview: As a resourceful candidate joining the India office of DESRI, you will be part of the Legal & Compliance team, interacting regularly with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties. You will work in an inclusive and highly skilled team supporting DESRI's portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects within a dynamic environment that prioritizes collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Manage entity administration, including maintaining databases, handling entity formations and closures, and ensuring timely regulatory filings. - Prepare and update organizational charts and support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. - Manage sensitive documentation requests and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements related to billing, entity administration, and KYC activities. - Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration/management or a related field with a proven record of academic achievement. - Have 2-4 years of experience in operational and management, including entity management, KYCs, regulatory compliance for US operations, tax IDs, and related compliance. - Preference for candidates with consulting and operational experience. - Possess well-developed analytical abilities, communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Show a deep interest in exploring and learning new areas of compliance, with a keen sense of judgment and the ability to take initiative and collaborate with colleagues in support of highly complex transactions.
