Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with onshore (project managers, content leads) and offshore (programmers, graphic designers) teams to design and develop digital and classroom training programs.
Apply instructional design models and learning theories to develop effective learning content and activities.
Design and develop a variety of instructional materials, including instructor-led training, video storyboards, and e-learning content.
Convert classroom sessions into eLearning modules and vice versa, enabling a hybrid learning experience.
Create assessments to evaluate learners comprehension and application of knowledge.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all materials meet KPMG standards and brand guidelines.
Develop e-learning courses in Rise 360.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate or business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Familiarity with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and its calculation.
Ability to create assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing learning solutions aligning with strategic business needs.
Deep understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
