Senior Analyst - Identity Access Management

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on support of all IAM applications: Okta, Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI
• Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology (Okta, IGA, PAM, etc) applications/platform-related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis and executes the standard Problem Management process.
• Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery.
• Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks
• Tunes and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements
• Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security
• Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Identity and Access Management.

Skills

• Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in cloud access management tools. Experience/exposure with support of all IAM applications: Okta, Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt), CyberArk.

Must Have Experience In

• SSO, MFA, device trust, UD, profile mastering, application assignment, expression language, admin roles and permissions
• Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations
• SCIM protocol usage
• Configure Okta AD SSO using Modern auth protocols-SAML and OIDC/Oauth
• Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues, Configuring Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows/characteristics
• Active Directory administration and integration, including an understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups
• LDAP standards (search syntax, DIT, etc..)
• Techniques for managing privileged access
• Integration to Identity Governance solutions (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc..)
• Web access management troubleshooting tools
• API scripting tools
• Development, Automation, or Scripting experience
• Data Analysis and Integration (ETL, SQL, etc..)

Nice To Have Experience In

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Architecture and operation, Code Signing, Root CA
• Web Development (Javascript, CSS, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, .Net, PHP)
• Directory Server (AD or LDAP)
• Okta + Zscaler integration
• CyberArk EPM and Core PAS experience
• BeyondTrust EPM experience
• IaaS / PaaS access management
• Java Development / SDLC management processes
• ServiceNow integrations
• ITIL certification or knowledge of best practices
• Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time Management.
