Job Description

Role Overview: As a Configuration and System Support Specialist at Eaton, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HR systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements and support HR processes effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy within HR systems. Additionally, you will lead and participate in HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain HR systems to meet organizational requirements and support HR processes effectively - Provide technical support for HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business objectives - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems, perform regular audits, and implement necessary controls - Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing HR systems - Lead and participate in HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR system configuration and support - Strong understanding of HR processes and technology - Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable Additional Details: Eaton is seeking a candidate with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrated proficiency in project management methodology. Strong communication skills are essential, as this position will require working with Senior Business Leadership and Senior I.T. Leadership on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should possess strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, a desire to drive for results, thorough knowledge of Human Resource Practices, HR Technology applications, and strong analytical skills for completing complex problem-solving and analysis of business processes and systems. Proactivity in identifying problems and continuous improvement with a focus on data integrity is also highly valued.,
