Senior Analyst - Group Operations

Role Overview: At Prudential Health India (PHI), we are on a mission to make Indians healthier and bridge the health protection gap. As a Senior Analyst - Group Operations, you will be responsible for managing health & wellness business requirements and implementation in active collaboration with functional representatives. Your role will involve leading brainstorming sessions, developing a deep understanding of business processes, articulating use-cases, and documenting clear acceptance criteria for user stories. You will also be required to design business process flows, review them with key functional stakeholders, and facilitate discussions to ensure proposed improvements align with business process objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage health & wellness business requirements and implementation in collaboration with functional representatives. - Solicit, develop, and validate business requirement documentation, understanding as-is vs to-be processes, and defining clear acceptance criteria for user stories. - Lead brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to account for business requirements comprehensively and create delightful experiences. - Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, articulate use-cases, user-stories, and requirement documents/change requests for identified features/capabilities. - Perform process impact analysis across various platforms and design business process flows, obtaining signoff from key functional stakeholders. - Identify pain points, bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in the process, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with business stakeholders, contribute to the platform technology roadmap, and prioritize work on capabilities. - Lead testing in collaboration with functional users, ensuring acceptance criteria are defined and met. Qualifications Required: - End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems. - Proven track record of end-to-end implementation and delivery of significant insurance systems. - Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, and conducting usability testing. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. - Ability to identify and track metrics for continuous improvement. - Hands-on knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.
