Senior Analyst - Group Operations

As a Senior Analyst - Group Operations at Prudential Health India (PHI), your role will involve managing health & wellness business requirements and implementation in collaboration with functional representatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Soliciting, developing, and validating business requirement documentation by understanding current processes and defining clear acceptance criteria for user stories. - Leading brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive accounting of business requirements and opportunities, focusing on creating delightful experiences. - Developing a deep understanding of business processes, articulating use-cases, user-stories, and requirement documents/change requests for identified features/capabilities across platforms and projects. - Performing process impact analysis to have an end-to-end view of user journeys and designing Business Process Flows, reviewing them with key functional stakeholders, and obtaining signoff. - Identifying pain points, bottlenecks, redundancies, delays, errors, and inefficiencies in processes to enhance them and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. - Collaborating with stakeholders to refine and finalize Business Process Flows, managing stakeholder expectations based on capacity, contributing to technology roadmap, and prioritizing work on capabilities. - Leading testing in collaboration with functional users, ensuring defined acceptance criteria are met, and preparing test plans, test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing. Qualifications Required: - End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems. - Ability to convert high-level processes into detailed business requirement documents. - Proven track record of implementing significant insurance systems and delivering business outcomes. - Expertise in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, and conducting usability testing. - Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration abilities, effective communication across disciplines, and a passion for operating iteratively. - Proficiency in identifying and tracking metrics for continuous improvement, hands-on knowledge of Confluence & JIRA, behavioral analytics platforms, BI tools, and SDLC tracking tools.
