Senior Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) module including setting up events, creating RFI/RFQs, setting up bid forms, template-based sourcing and extracting structured information from CSO
• Skills in managing end to end sourcing process from planning to execution while coordinating both with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to leverage CSO functionalities to provide structured data and feedback to suppliers
• Ability to leverage functionalities available in Coupa CSO in writing complex analytic formulas and strong understanding of CSO rule setup to build custom scenarios
• Experience in Logistics and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) procurement could be advantageous
• Experience from Coupa Network Optimization is a plus

Preferred candidate profile

• University degree in Engineering or from Business Administration or any other equivalent degree/working experience of 2+ years in sourcing/supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical skills and a business mindset
• Excellent Excel skills, and a plus with skills in using other tools to crunch data
• Ability to translate data to the business and to communicate this in a good way
• Result-oriented team player with strong ability to follow-up progress
• Good understanding of sourcing process like sourcing types, RFx designing, supplier qualification, bid analysis and supplier selection is advantageous
