Job Description

As a SAP FICO Consultant at Magna, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and support of Finance and Controlling operations. Your analytical skills, strong FICO background, and dedication to providing top-notch support will be instrumental in implementing and enhancing FICO solutions for the Americas region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and identify solutions within SAP framework - Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, or code - Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support and month-end closing activities - Conduct user training sessions and workshops for group/divisions - Collaborate with internal team members and external consultants for project coordination - Design technical solutions for business requirements while adhering to standards - Ensure project management adherence to timelines, quality, and budget - Support new SAP implementations and perform needs analysis for system enhancements - Maintain documentation and adhere to Magna Global IT standards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - More than 5 years of SAP FICO-related experience - Proficiency in finance and controlling concepts with SAP full cycle project experience - Knowledge of finance accounting sub-modules, data migration methodology, and FICO integration with other SAP modules - Experience in product costing, profitability analysis, and FICO validation/enhancements - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage workload effectively - Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time for project requirements At Magna, we value dedicated employees like you and offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
