Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 6-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to support business decisions.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide expert-level support for data analysis and reporting.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau is highly desirable.
