Job Description

Job Summary:

Source and recruit qualified SAP candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, HANA, BASIS, SuccessFactors, etc.
Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements, project timelines, and technical expectations.
Utilize job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), internal databases, social media, and networking to identify and attract talent.
Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit for the project.
Coordinate technical interviews, feedback loops, and follow-up processes.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular status reports.
Negotiate salary/rates and close offers with candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and build a strong bench of SAP professionals.
Keep up to date with SAP market trends and candidate availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP roles.
Solid understanding of SAP modules and terminology.
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
