Team: Analytics & BI

We are looking to expand our team to further our capabilities in the area of Advanced Analytics /

Business Intelligence. You will partner with business heads to create business impact.

Responsibility

Roles:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Engineering, Products, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Security, Customer Service, etc. to breakdown complex business problems and recommend data solutions.

● Identify, develop and deliver analytical projects that will create significant business impact

● Inculcate a culture of data-driven analytics to solve complex business problems across the organization

● Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses

Skills and capabilities:

● 3+ years of experience in analytics/data science/big data tools

● Strong technical background in

● Languages like Python, R, SAS, SQL (on distributed data warehouses)

● Visualization tools like Tableau+Qlikview

● Past-experience of managing teams and working in a cross-functional environment

● In-depth understanding of business processes

● Data-driven thinking and good track record of execution of analytical projects

● Strong stake-holder management

Education:

● Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other quantitative discipline
