Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - Data Analytics - to drive insights, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency across our marketing and sales ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and configuring analytics tools with our CRM platforms HubSpot and Salesforce and empowering the marketing teams with reliable, real-time data.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of new data analytics tools and ensure seamless integration with HubSpot and Salesforce.
Partner with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to set up data flows, dashboards, and tracking across platforms.
Develop and maintain data architecture to support marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
Ensure data hygiene and governance practices are maintained across all systems.
Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights through data analysis on campaign performance.
Automate reporting processes and create self-serve data tools for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent measurement across teams.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or revenue operations.
Proven experience in configuring and integrating analytics tools with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, tag management, data connectors, and APIs.
Solid understanding of lead lifecycle, campaign attribution, and sales/marketing funnel metrics.
Experience with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Datawarehouse.io, or Snowflake.
Background in B2B SaaS or similar data-driven industries.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar for deeper data manipulation and automation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
