Senior Analyst | Corporate Secretary | Hyderabad

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a core member of the Corporate Secretarial team at Citco, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to corporate secretarial services for clients in foreign jurisdictions. You will work closely with accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling day-to-day operations including corporate secretarial services for clients in foreign jurisdictions. - Assisting in new client onboarding and coordinating with senior team members. - Drafting board packs, agendas, and minutes for various meetings. - Ensuring timely and accurate updates on the Oracle System and maintaining compliance with internal processes. - Managing and updating work trackers, discussing work schedules with seniors, and meeting deadlines. - Monitoring quality standards and implementing feedback from seniors and onshore team. - Developing expertise in software such as Viewpoint, Diligent, TIBCO, and training junior team members. - Collaborating with senior team members for work allocation and workflow optimization. - Attending process and client-related trainings and implementing standard operating procedures. - Training junior team members on tasks like document management and statutory filings. - Driving process improvements through automation and effective communication. - Completing organizational trainings as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Company Secretary with 1-3 years post-qualification experience OR semi-qualified Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience in the secretarial department. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. **Note:** Citco is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services with a focus on providing end-to-end solutions and exceptional service to clients worldwide.
