Senior Analyst - Communications, Change and Performance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare communications to support the uplift of banker and leader communications and channels in Personal Banking to enhance effectiveness, colleague adoption, customer outcomes, and compliance.
• Support process improvement opportunities within the team to better assist Personal Banking.
• Contribute to content plans for operational channels across Retail, Direct, and Operations.
• Develop communications that align with the Corporate narrative and drive necessary changes for benefit realization.
• Create a variety of communication materials with a strong focus on digital newsletters and intranet content.
• Manage content approval with appropriate stakeholders.
• Deliver within tight deadlines while managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Support the monitoring and assessment of communication effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint for intranet content management and collaboration.
• Expertise in communication design, including digital newsletters, visual content, and internal campaigns.
• Solid understanding of change management and organizational communication strategies.
• Ability to develop engaging and targeted communication materials aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in service delivery communication, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.
• Proficiency in digital tools for internal communication, including intranet platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience working in banking or financial services will be an added advantage.

Education:
