Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As part of the Global Banking and Markets Technology (GBAMT) Business Support Management (BSM) team at Bank of America, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, LOB Business Support & COO Teams, and support partners. This role will allow you to delve into Business Management and Analytics, offering exposure to various aspects of Tech Delivery. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enabling decision-making processes and finding simple solutions to complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Delivery head and their direct leadership team - Collaborate with LOB Business Support & COO teams - Prepare reports and dashboards for the senior leadership team, LOB Business Support & COO teams - Analyze data and present insights to the senior leadership team for decision making - Assist in coordinating and following up with support partners and delivery teams to ensure goal achievement - Track projects and tasks to completion - Partner with Delivery Leaders to plan and execute LOB visits, offsites, workshops, planning sessions, etc. - Assist in various tasks ranging from on-boarding, invoicing, resource movement, staffing, compliance trainings, project portfolio, and more Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Certifications: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - Experience Range: 6-8+ years Foundational Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook - Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with the Senior Leadership team - Strong presentation and documentation skills using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel - Good business acumen, analytical and logical reasoning abilities for effective decision-making - Proficiency in MS Excel functions such as Pivot, Graphs, Macros, Look-Ups, etc. - Proactive approach in addressing Leadership requirements - Ability to independently drive meetings and collaborate with various leaders - Quick learner with proactive initiative-taking abilities - Effective multitasking and pressure management skills - Attention to detail and responsible behavior - Willingness to address issues maturely and courageously Desired Skills: - Strong analytical skills - Proactive problem-solving approach and innovative thinking Work Timings: 10:30am to 7:30pm IST Job Location: Chennai, GIFT City, Mumbai,
