Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, B2B Content Strategy at Agoda, your role will involve working on communication strategies targeted at B2B partners. You will contribute to comprehensive product marketing strategies, develop compelling product messaging, manage cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance metrics, enhance sales materials and strategy, conduct market research, and create engaging presentations for partners and C-suite executives. Your innovative problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, strategic mindset, and industry knowledge will be key to succeeding in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategy: Create strategies and materials to engage B2B audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive business results. - Craft Compelling Product Messaging: Develop messaging that sets our products apart in the market. - Project Management of Cross-Functional Initiatives: Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders. - Performance Analysis: Analyze product and channel performance metrics to refine marketing strategies. - Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches. - Conduct Market Research: Identify partner needs and industry trends to develop competitive positioning. - Craft Engaging Presentations: Design impactful presentations that convey Agoda's brand story and core strategies. Qualifications Required: - Extensive Experience: Minimum 2 years in product marketing, strategy, or content marketing, preferably in the tech industry. B2B marketing experience is a plus. - Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in tackling complex challenges and implementing creative solutions. - Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities with proficiency in creating impactful presentations. - Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content aligned with business objectives and enhancing brand narrative. - Industry and Product Knowledge: Familiarity with tech and travel industries, online travel agency sector experience preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software is advantageous.
