Job Description

Description: Responsibilities OnSemi is seeking a Senior Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India
This group is responsible for development of Power management products including DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr
MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications
In this role, you will focus on the following: +
Lead multiple analog IPs with IP ownership and responsibility from definition, IP execution to release to manufacturing + Able to resolve complex analog problem and propose and implement the solution + Evaluate intermediate and results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives +
Work with and provide guidance to physical designers and monitors the progress of IC layout +
Collaborate with Design Verification teams during the pre-tapeout phase of a project to ensure completion of all technical tasks before tapeout +
Work with systems engineers, application engineers and marketing and assist the team in product briefs, datasheets, application notes and assisting in the definition of the product to meet customer needs as well as contributing to roadmap formulation and new concept creation
