Job Description

As an Analog Design Lead at ST, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Power Management & Data Converters for Automotive microcontrollers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving an IP from feasibility till silicon maturity - Managing high-performance Analog designs such as ADCs, DACs, Power Management, and other Analog & mixed signal IPs - Working closely with Layout engineers to optimize IP layout - Assisting in Validation, characterization, and participating in the De-bug process Your Skills & Experiences should include: - Expertise in either Power Management or Data Converter designs - Strong competency in implementing various Analog functions - Experience in designing precision analog circuits like operational amplifiers, Bandgap, POR, LDOs, Filters, VGA, comparators, oscillators, etc. - Proficiency in small signal analysis, Circuit Noise analysis, and various frequency compensation techniques - Top-level integration, Block-level verification across PVT, Statistical Mismatch & mixed signal Verification - Good communication, presentation skills, and teamwork Working at ST means innovating for a future that is smarter, greener, and sustainable.
