Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Patna. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the university admissions process, provide accurate information about universities, and address their queries. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing student eligibility, building and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families, and supporting them in making informed educational decisions. Additional tasks include communicating with partner universities and maintaining detailed records of student interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in Sales and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
• Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of international study programs
• Ability to guide, counsel, and influence students effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education or Communication, is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
