Senior Admission Counselor

Job Summary

StudyLinks International, a leading overseas education consultancy in Kerala, is hiring an experienced Admission Counselor for our Kochi branch. We specialize in MBBS admissions and various healthcare, engineering, and management courses across Uzbekistan, Russia, Georgia, Moldova, Albania, and other countries.

We are seeking a female candidate who can confidently guide students through the international admission process and assist them in selecting the most suitable career path abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents on study abroad opportunities, especially MBBS and healthcare-related programs
• Manage admission processes: counseling, application, documentation, follow-ups
• Coordinate with international university partners
• Assist students with visa processes and pre-departure briefings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the MBBS admission process preferred
• Basic computer and CRM tool knowledge

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates preferred
• Background in MBBS counseling will be a plus
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and student-friendly
