Role Overview:

As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for potential learners, guiding them in selecting the right career-enhancing programs. Your experience will help boost conversions, mentor junior counsellors, and deliver a superior learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel working professionals and graduates.
• Understand learners' goals and recommend suitable certification programs.
• Convert leads into enrolments through structured and consultative discussions.
• Manage and maintain the CRM with accurate data.
• Mentor and support junior counsellors to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve sales and service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA or relevant PG preferred.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in EdTech / career counselling / inside sales.
• Strong knowledge of programs in Data Science, AI,ML courses is a big plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience using CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.
