Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive (Female) with strong experience in handling receivables, taxation, and client coordination, preferably from the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Monitor client outstanding and follow up for timely collections
• Generate and reconcile customer invoices in Tally ERP
• Manage AR aging and report on overdue accounts
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and accounting standards
• Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies and payment status
• Assist in monthly closing and audit-related tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Billing, Operations)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in AR function
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting norms
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and well-organized
• Only Female Candidates (as per current role requirement)
• Prior experience in the Logistics industry will be an added advantage
