Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Your responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently inputting invoice details into Deltek, reviewing and validating invoices for accuracy and compliance, promptly addressing vendor inquiries and discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, and supporting month-end closing activities by preparing reports and reconciling accounts. Additionally, you will assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational abilities, be proficient in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
