Job Description

Create purchase orders and new vendors for multiple agencies
Approve invoices by validating the details and ensure adherence to accounting policies
Train Marketing Team on purchase order creation
Assist with any AP related questions from internal and external teams
Assist team with month-end duties, including preparing journal entries related to Reclass, Accruals, Prepaid Amortization etc
Creation and Maintenance of Job codes and WBS (Work breakdown structure) in SAP
Prepare Blackline reconciliations and tasks as assigned
Check and assess all accounting records for accuracy
Assist with special projects and audits as needed
Maintain good rapport with staff, vendors, external auditors and regulators
Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities
