Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the team and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. A key responsibility includes preparing and filing balance sheets and assisting with audits, compliance, and financial planning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and file team balance sheets and ensure all financial reports are accurate and compliant with statutory regulations.
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Monitor and manage team performance related to financial reporting and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Telugu (spoken and written)
