Maintaining accounting records including purchases, payments and expenses 2. Posting entries in accounting software Xero 3. Drawing up payables 4. Assisting in management reporting including variance analysis 5. Assisting in preparation of monthly payment reports 6. Possess high ethics, execute daily transactions with high attention to detail, and communicate with confidence to contractors, suppliers and other third parties regarding needs required to complete refurbishment 7. Assist in managing various reports and spreadsheets, some of which will be related to real estate matters 8. Any other adhoc accounting duties, as required by the Operations Manager FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND ORAL) IS A MUST PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD Reports to : Assistant Manager Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 1. B.Com/M.Com/CA or CMA Inter qualified. Experience relevant to the position an advantage 2. MBA Finance is an advantage 3.
