Job Description

Your role An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
They play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of a company
Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle Purchase bill booking, vendor payments
Sales invoicing Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with company records to spot discrepancies General Ledger Maintenance: Record financial transactions accurately Tax Filing & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Month-End & Year-End Closures: Finalize accounts and generate reports Skills Required Strong knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (eg, Tally ERP, QuickBooks) Attention to detail and analytical thinking Time management and organizational skills Communication skills for cross-department collaboration
To succeed, you will need Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3 5 years of experience in accounting roles preferred Completed CMA/CMA Inter/ ICAI Inter (Not pursuing further) Audit Support: Provide documentation and assist with internal/external audits Export Documentation (if applicable):
